The most enjoyable subject...

During these 3 semesters that I have been in the university I have seen many subjects; theoretical,practical in the laboratory, there are subjects that have both options, for example Biology. I have also had sports subjects, called "CFG". I don't have a favorite subject, but there are some that I like more than others.

Analytical chemistry is a theoretical subject of the third semester that I like. In this subject we see different topics, for example, chemical equilibrium, analysis of anions and cations, redox volumetry, among others. I like this sybjetc, for different factors, one of them is because I have good marks, another factor is that it is a theoretical subject, therefore I shouldn't go to the laboratory. The mathematical calculations and the way of performing the exercises is very mechanical, you have to be ordered to arrive at the correct answer and that is very good for me.

I don't have a good memory, but now I am surprised, since this subject has made me retain a lot of information easily. Edwar, Jannette and Tatiana are the teachers they are very good teachers! There are 142 students in the class, since there are students of my generation and there are also students from previous generations.

My opinion

What is your opinion about buying instead of adopting pets? In the world, especially in Chile, there are many abandoned animals in the streets. Everyday I see stray dogs and I feel very sad when I can not help them. I would love to have a very big house to adopt them all. Charlie is my dog and he adopts it when you are only one month old, I think we propose a way of the ways we have to help these animals, especially cats and dogs. Pets that you can buy the plane parts wait before you own an owner. There are breeding places where the animals of race, is very sad. Adopting we help these things don't happen! Having foreigners living in our country is very enriching, because they teach us a new culture and economically it is favorable, since they pay their taxes and consume goods and services . Why did you choose this career?

When I was 8 years my dream job was to be a singer, but when I turned 13 years I realized that my dream wasn't very realistic and that maybe nerver woud be. During my stay in the secundary school I thought in the posibilities that I had. By then I wanted to study forensic medicine, commercial engineering or nutrition. The days before taking the PSU I decided what to study... My choice was to study "food engineering" a little know career , but that met many of my interests. Now I am in my second year studing to become a food engineer, I am vey excited, i love knowing things about food industry, but regrettably I dont have specific classes of my career yet. I hope to work in the administration area, because i would like to be manager in the food industry.

The topic that I choose today to write in my blog is because is very practical and important inform us about the packaging and the technology that composes them. In the world tons of food end up in the trash, because maintaining the optimal properties of food is sometimes more complicated than we think. Therefore, the nanotechnology is called to reign in the packaging industry. This is very important because this technology provides active and intelligent packaging that helps us to conserve food for a longer time, it makes them safer and helps them to preserve their qualities.
